Some of you have been asking me about my yoga practicing, so I’d thought I would just share a few information about it..I practice at home, though I’m planning to get into a class once summer is over.I try to do an hour a day, but life sometimes gets in the way.. :) So it doesn’t always happen, but for the last week I’ve been really doing it every single day for an hour or more! When I have only 15/20minutes to squeeze it in my day, I just do a few poses that I already know, some basic streches or I stay in some more difficult poses for a longer period, like 3-5 minutes, depending on what it is!I always try to do it though, because yoga really relaxes me, makes my body feel lighter, yet stronger at the same time.. I love that time that I get only for me, and the fact that your mind is clear for those 60 minutes. I also had back pain quite often, and couldn’t find a good position to sleep in, and since doing yoga, that has changed and the problems are gone completely! That’s why my favorite time to do it is from 10 to 11 pm, right before bed.. It puts me on cloud nine and then right to sleep in a second! :)On my  instagram @inwithdnew I follow quite a few yogis for daily inspiration and some instructions on poses and everything yoga related! And I do my practice with videos, which just depend on my mood, and wheter I wanna do hip openers, just streches, standing poses, sitting down poses…So I just search on youtube my preference and a bunch of videos will show up, and I choose from there..Though my favorite channels are definitely Cafeholistic and Yogatic, so I really recommend trying to practice with them! These are really relaxing, beautiful videos and I love those yogis! (I find most voices and people annoying when I do yoga, so these are the few that I actually enjoy! :))And that’s pretty much it! There’s not much to it, you just have to get up and start! Even if it’s just 15 minutes a day, if you are consistent and actually do practice everyday you’ll soon see the results! I can honestly see improvments with everyday that I do yoga! I can strech more, bend more, you just feel your body becoming more flexsible, day by day! (Same goes for the days you don’t do it, unfortunately! It sets me back quite a bit, if I don’t practice!)I won’t get into the benefits of yoga, because I think most people are aware of them, and you can easily google it, and see if it can improve your body and your life.. But I can honestly say it makes me feel 300% better about myself, everyday! Also, expect to see some pictures of my practice, since I’m starting to take videos when I do it.. It will help me see my progress a lot better, and also see my mistakes and posture a lot clearer! So I’m left with a lot of footage at the end! :)Hope this helped at least a little & Enjoy!
